Dealer networks. Husqvarna sells and services through a large UK dealer network. Navimow mowers are distributed in the UK by E.P. Barrus, with a store locator. The X4 is sold only through dealers.
Buying from abroad. One Navimow listing is the EU version with a UK plug adapter. Check where warranty claims are handled before you buy.
Your rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality and last a reasonable time, whatever the warranty says. Your claim is against the retailer.
